Tracey Lynch
Senior Lawyer
Tracey is a skilled environment, climate and planning lawyer.
She has experience in advising and advocating on behalf of communities, landowners, government and companies in a range of matters including compulsory acquisitions, mining related impacts, land use rights, planning regulation, and statutory obligations.
Her experience includes assessing net-zero claims, advising on directors’ duties, guiding sustainable urban planning initiatives, and advising on environmental obligations in major commercial acquisitions.
Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from UNSW, a Bachelor of Laws from UTS, a Master of Law from Sydney University and a Master of Education from UNE. Throughout her career, Tracey has worked for not for profits, in private practice, and inhouse.
