Elaine is a leading landowner advocate and environment and climate lawyer with over 17 years post admission practice experience.
She has extensive experience advising and representing landowners and communities in relation to disputes with the resources industry, and on the development of legal strategies for a safe climate and healthy environment.
Elaine works in pursuit of a rapid and just transition to a low carbon economy, where the rights and interests of people and nature are upheld.

Matt is an award-winning senior lawyer with expertise in environmental, planning, climate, energy and administrative law.
Across his various roles in the public, private and non-profit sectors, he has advised on the environmental laws and policies of all Australian jurisdictions. He has assisted Ministers, Federal, State and local government, private companies, community groups and individuals.

Harine is a Law/Arts student majoring in Environmental Management and International Relations at Macquarie University.
She recently completed her New Colombo Plan program, a signature scholarship by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, studying and researching in the Indo-Pacific.
Her experiences informed her career interest in environmental law and policy and looks forward to working in an exciting time of legal environmental developments in Australia and worldwide.
